The LA County Household Relief Grant is a program offered by the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, or “DCBA,” through its administrator, The Center for Strategic Economic Studies and Institutional Development, Inc. (the “Administrator”).

The Administrator manages this grant program on behalf of DCBA. Neither the Administrator, nor its service providers (including B.S.D Capital, Inc. dba “Lendistry”), determine program scope, eligibility criteria, communication strategy, or timelines. All program requirements are put into place by DCBA.
